To assist students who need housing, the university has affiliated with two privately owned and operated traditional style student apartment facilities, Pegasus Landing and Pegasus Pointe.

Pegasus Landing Apartments

Adjacent to the UCF Orlando Main Campus

Important aspects of Pegasus Landing Apartments are:

  • UCF employs 60 residence life staff members who live on the Pegasus Landing property and provide the same residence life services that are offered on campus.
  • The UCF Police provide police and safety services at the property.
  • UCF Parking and Transportation provides shuttle services to Pegasus Landing.
  • UCF academic advisors are available on site.
  • Major grocery stores, restaurants and pharmacies are adjacent to the property.
  • Each unit has a washer/dryer.
  • All bedrooms are singles and all baths are private.
  • A free parking space is available for every resident and there are numerous guest parking spaces throughout the property.
  • To be eligible to live at Pegasus Landing, students must be enrolled at an institution of higher education recognized by the State of Florida during the fall and spring semesters of a lease period.
  • Affiliated housing offers annual leases.
  • The terms and conditions of the leases are different from the UCF housing contract.
  • There is no reciprocity between the UCF on-campus contact and an off-campus lease.
  • The Florida Pre-Paid College Program is accepted at Pegasus Landing. Please contact the property directly for details.

Pegasus Pointe Apartments

Important aspects of Pegasus Pointe Apartments:

  • College Park LifeWorks program is in place in lieu of the UCF Residence Life program provided at Pegasus Landing.
  • The UCF Police provide police and safety services at the property.
  • UCF Parking and Transportation provides shuttle services to Pegasus Pointe.
  • Each unit has a washer/dryer.
