The Lake Claire Community Apartments are located between the Communication Building and Greek Park. There are fifteen buildings containing twelve apartments each arranged in three courtyards. The complex has a central community building featuring an office, lounge, vending, and laundry. Lake Claire is within walking distance from the apartments, where residents can sunbathe, play volleyball, picnic, rent canoes and relax by the water.
