Opening for Fall 2013, NorthView will be the UCF area's newest student apartment community. Located just across McCulloch Rd. from the UCF campus and Bright house Networks Stadium, NorthView offers the convenience of campus living with the amenities of off-campus apartment life. Complete with a resort style pool, fitness center, game room, printing center, roof top sky deck, sand volleyball court, sauna, outdoor movie theater screen, parking garage and community centers; NorthView is the future of student housing. UCF managed housing means access to the resources and support you need on your path to graduation. NorthView has 6 fantastic floor plans including 2 and 4 bedroom apartments.
Rent will be billed by semester to the student account located in myUCF. Student financial assistance (grants, scholarships, and loans) can be used to pay for NorthView. Rent prices will include all furnishings, access to amenities, garage parking, and all utilities.
