

Housing at the University of Central Florida is organized into communities, listed to the left. Each community has its own staff, community office, atmosphere, and set of floor plans. We offer three different contract types: summer, academic and annual (11.5 month). For more information on these contract types, visit our rates page.

The Apollo Community consists of Lake, Volusia, Osceola, and Polk Halls.
The Nike Community consists of residence halls 101-103 and apartment buildings 104-107. The Hercules Community consists of residence halls 108-110 and apartment buildings 111-114.
The Lake Claire Community consists of apartment buildings 55-64 and 66-70.
The Libra Community consists of Seminole, Orange, Brevard, Flagler, Citrus, and Sumter residence halls.

The Towers at Knights Plaza consist of Towers I, II, III, and IV.
The Rosen College Student Apartments are located at the Rosen College of Hospitality Management 45 minutes from the UCF Main Orlando Campus in the heart of the Orlando tourist destinations. Rosen College Student Apartments require 11.5 month annual contracts.
The University of Central Florida has affiliated with two privately owned and operated traditional style apartment facilities, Pegasus Landing and Pegasus Pointe. Pegasus Landing is adjacent to the UCF campus.
