Currently, the University of Central Florida and Sigma Phi Epsilon National Housing Corporation are following the appraisal process as per the sublease agreement. The University will purchase the facility, renovate it, and then rent it out to another fraternity or sorority. Once the appraisal and purchase agreement are finalized, an official announcement from the university will be sent to all existing house corporations, chapter advisors, and chapter presidents.
