Director

The Director is charged as being the official representative of RHA to the university community while ensuring that the goals of the organization are achieved. In accordance, the Director is also charged with presiding over all RHA Executive Board meetings as well as all General Assembly meetings. The focus area for the Director is student leadership, specifically for Area Council executive members.

National Communications Coordinator

The National Communications Coordinator (NCC) is responsible for coordinating membership functions including impeachment practices and voting processes. The NCC will also assume the presidential responsibilities in the absence of the Executive President. The NCC is charged with focusing on advocacy issues within the residence halls. The role of the NCC is to identify the needs of on-campus students. The Vice President must be a resource for on-campus students in regards to housing, dining services, transportation, and various other departments related to on-campus living. Additionally, they must be aware of practices at other universities through benchmarking. The NCC will also chair the Advocacy Committee (when needed). The National Communications Coordinator is responsible for corresponding with the state- Florida Association of Residence Halls (FARH), regional affiliate- South Atlantic Affiliate of the College and University Residence Halls (SAACURH), and national association- National Association of College and University Residence Halls (NACURH). The NCC oversees all conference delegations with the NRHH Representative and acts as a representative for UCF RHA at each conference. In addition, the NCC will serve as the chair of the Spirit & Recognition Committee and will oversee the elections process.

Business Administration Coordinator

The Business Administration Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the RHA budget. They must coordinate with each member of the Executive Board in order to develop a comprehensive budget. They will be responsible for fundraising as needed. They are responsible for taking minutes of all Executive Board and General Assembly meetings. They are also responsible for developing and overseeing the RHA office hours system. The BAC is also responsible for cultivating a professional, beneficial, and influential image of RHA to the university community. They will be the spokesperson for RHA and will maintain good-standing with other university organizations. The Business Administration Coordinator will work with university personnel to make recommendations on community improvements. They will assist in special projects as assigned by the Director.

Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for creating all marketing for RHA programs. They will review, approve, and provide feedback for all Area Council marketing efforts. They will create and coordinate the distribution of all RHA promotional items. They will provide all documents and records pertaining to their responsibilities to the newly-elected Marketing Coordinator. They will assist in special projects as assigned by the Director. They are charged with maintaining the RHA website, providing updates to social media, and providing publicity for all RHA events.

Programming Coordinator

The Programming Coordinator will plan and execute all RHA programs with their committee and the assistance of other board members. They will review, approve, and provide feedback for all area council programs. The programming coordinator will work with the ADAF and Advisors to oversee the programming budget. They will develop and keep current a programming database for all area council programs. They will provide all documents and records pertaining to their responsibilities to the newly-elected Programming Coordinator. They will assist in special projects as assigned by the Director.

NRHH Representative

The NRHH Representative is responsible for corresponding with the state- Florida Association of Residence Halls (FARH), regional affiliate- South Atlantic Affiliate of the College and University Residence Halls (SAACURH), and national association- National Association of College and University Residence Halls (NACURH). The NRHH-Rep oversees all conference delegations with the RHA National Communications Coordinator and acts as a representative for UCF NRHH Pegasus Chapter at each conference. They are also responsible for mentoring a NRHH in training (NRHH-IT) so they may take their place in the next coming year.

Recruitment Coordinator

The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for creating and coordinating the distribution of marketing and Promo items for NRHH. They coordinate all NRHH recruitment efforts including tabling, marketing, and recruitment events.They will provide all documents and records pertaining to their responsibilities to the newly-elected Recruitment Coordinator. They will assist in special projects as assigned by the Director. They are charged with maintaining the NRHH website, providing updates to social media, and providing publicity for all NRHH events.

Service Coordinator

The Service Coordinator will be responsible for creating and coordinating all service events for NRHH. They will provide all documents and records pertaining to their responsibilities to the newly-elected Service Coordinator. They will assist in special projects as assigned by the Director.
