We offer tours daily, Monday-Friday at 12pm and at 4pm (excluding holidays). Tours start from the Housing Administration Building. You do not need to sign up for a tour in advance; simply come to the Housing Administration Building a few minutes before the tour time.

The 12pm and 4pm tours will show at least one style of residence hall room. Currently we are showing double rooms in the Libra, Apollo and Nike Communities. Tours given by the Office of Admissions (10am and 2pm) direct visitors to the Housing Administration Building afterwards so they can then go on the housing tour.

Currently we are also offering daily (Monday-Friday) tours of Tower III at 1:15pm. These tours will start from the Tower III Lobby and will show a 4 bedroom/2 bath apartment. Guests attending the 12pm housing tour will be directed to take the UCF Shuttle to from the Housing Administration Building to Tower III if they desire.

Tours of the Rosen College Student Apartment Community at the Rosen College of Hospitality Management campus are available anytime Monday-Friday 9am to 7pm. Call 407-284-6000 or email rosenhousing@mail.ucf.edu for more information about the Rosen Student Apartment tours.

Tours of multiple communities are also available at UCF Open House and Orientation events.

Tours in Spanish are available by request. Please contact us to arrange a tour time in Spanish.

UCF Housing tours are given by Housing Ambassadors. Housing Ambassadors are specially selected and trained students of all class standings and various majors. They are able to share pertinent information about living on-campus, as well as their own experiences.
