Off-Campus Housing Fairs available for residents who don’t make the lottery

Current UCF residents interested in remaining on main campus for the 2022-2023 school year must enter UCF Housing’s returning resident lottery. Priority for on-campus housing goes to incoming first-year students and students in most need of on-campus connections and support. After that, remaining spaces are made available to returning residents via the lottery process.

While results of the lottery will be communicated to students on February 4th, there are several non-lottery options available to UCF students including: UnionWest at Creative Village, the Rosen College Apartments, and UCF Affiliated Housing at Knights Circle and The Pointe at Central.

Students who do not make the lottery are encouraged to attend the Off-Campus Housing Fair hosted by the Office of Student Neighborhood Relations. Two Off-Campus Housing Fairs are taking place on February 17th and February 21st. These fairs provide an opportunity to visit off-campus housing apartment managers and leasing managers to ask questions and review their options, prices, and amenities to ultimately secure a space for the summer and fall semesters. Attendees can chat with representatives from various campus resources for off-campus residents including UCF Police, Student Legal Services, Student Care Services, Student Financial Assistance, Dining Services, Parking Services, and Housing and Residence Life.

The Virtual Fair will take place on February 17th from 10:00 am- 12:00 pm. Students interested in this event must register beforehand here. The In-Person Fair will be held on February 21st from 10:00 am- 2:00 pm at the Student Union South Patio. No registration is required. For more information, please call (407) 823-1367.
