The Rosen College Apartments are on the Rosen campus located on Universal blvd. near Sea World, Universal Orlando and The Walt Disney World Resort. The Rosen College Apartments primarily serve hospitality majors or those students who want to live and work near Orlando tourist destinations. With academic year agreements (fall and spring only) as well as summer-only options, this is the only local apartment that can be described as student housing. The community has a centrally located heated pool that gives residents a chance to relax and socialize during sunny days. Living on campus at the Rosen College apartments gives students the feel of a small college with all the resources and excitement of a large university.
