Off-Campus Housing Fair, Spring 2026

Most students will live off campus during their time at UCF. This article includes resources supported by UCF Housing in order to aid students during their search for off-campus housing.

Student Neighborhood Relations (SNR) is an office at UCF overseen by Housing and Residence Life. SNR aims to provide students with resources and guidance to find and secure off-campus housing. On February 12th, SNR will be hosting its Off-Campus Housing Fair. This event occurs twice during the year and provides students with the opportunity to meet with off-campus complexes face-to-face to ask questions and explore what each one has to offer.

SNR created Knight’s Guide to Living Off Campus, which is the perfect place to begin when researching off-campus housing options. This resource highlights need-to-know information, like the different housing options available, points to consider before signing a lease, and general tips to help you in this process!

SNR also works with Off-Campus Partners on the UCF Off-Campus Housing website. Here, students can filter rental listings, including apartments, houses, and sublets, by a variety of factors, such as distance to campus, price, and amenities. This website also offers a roommate matching tool specifically for UCF students; to make a profile, students must use their UCF email account and answer basic roommate matching questions.

We also encourage students to be aware of additional university resources that may be helpful, including:

  • Parking Services
    • Offer 10 shuttle routes that service 23 off-campus apartment complexes
  • Student Financial Assistance
    • Help students understand how financial aid applies to off-campus housing
