Northview Move-In Guide

NorthView is an off-campus property that is managed by UCF. NorthView has eight floor plans, including two-bedroom and four-bedroom apartment styles. All apartments are spacious and fully furnished, and all residents enjoy their own private bedroom and bathroom. Each apartment includes:

• Contemporary designer furnishings
• Hardwood-style flooring and carpeted bedrooms
• Full-size kitchen
• Granite counter tops with eating area (and dining table areas in some spaces)
• Energy efficient washer/dryer
• Walk-in and wall-to-wall closets
