- Academic Agreement includes the option of living at the following communities for TWO semesters (Fall and Spring). Residents in the Academic Agreement must vacate their residence hall during winter break.
- Annual Agreement includes the option of living at the following communities for THREE semesters (Fall, Spring, and the following Summer). Residents in the Annual Agreement do not have to vacate their residence hall during winter break, but must commit to living in the space for the full three semester duration of the agreement.
- Towers, Northview, Rosen (Rosen has the option to add a summer semester).
- Although considered an Academic Agreement, Rosen residents have the option to add a summer semester. Residents living in Rosen do not have to vacate their space during winter break.
