Academic-Year Agreement
This 2-semester housing agreement includes Fall and Spring only and is available for first-year students. Residents in these communities will depart for winter break between semesters. Students choosing this agreement will live in one of the following communities, which all include a community center, laundry rooms, common areas, and access to a community kitchen.
Annual Agreements
This 3-semester housing agreement includes Fall, Spring, and the following Summer and is available for both first-year students and upperclassmen. Residents in these communities may remain in their rooms over semester breaks. All communities that offer annual applications are apartment style, including private bedrooms, kitchens, and furnished living areas.
Rosen Agreement
The Rosen agreement includes Fall, Spring, and the option to add on the following Summer – the only hybrid agreement available. Our Rosen College Apartments are available for both first-year students and upperclassmen. Residents in this community will enjoy apartment-style rooms with full kitchens and living rooms, as well as a private community pool. The Rosen Campus is located in the heart of Orlando’s Entertainment District, about 30 minutes away from main campus.

Affiliated off-campus housing
Affiliated properties are independently managed facilities. There are three off-campus complexes affiliated with UCF. Knights Circle and The Pointe at Central are located near Main Campus, and UnionWest Student Living is located at UCF’s Downtown Orlando Campus.
