Each position posted on erezLife will specifically state which semesters the application is intended for. We cannot guarantee vacancies at any time. We accept applications for Office Assistants and Residence Hall & Apartment Patrol throughout the year, with application review and a limited number of interviews being conducted once per semester. Applications for Conference Assistants will be available early Spring semester for Summer employment. Housing Ambassador applications are posted when vacancies arise. For 2025, our Resident Assistant application will open on November 3rd for positions for the follow Spring (January) semester as well as the following Summer (May) to Spring academic year.
