Having a friend’s/roommate’s ID is NOT accepted. However, students can email housingmail@ucf.edu, from their UCF student email with their name, UCFID, and the full name of the person that they authorize to pick-up on their behalf. The authorized person MUST have their own valid photo ID. The mail centers will not release a package without email approval.
