How to Choose

With different styles and agreement lengths, we are often asked, “how do I choose?” There are a variety of different factors that can help you narrow down which agreement type is best for you. Keep in mind, that no matter where you live, all residence halls have similar amenities such as high-speed WiFi, laundry facilities, included utilities (no caps), maintenance services, and activities like social programs and events. Once you are able to answer some of these questions, go to the Housing Options tab and refine your search by looking at floor plans, photos, and even taking a virtual tour!

  • Academic Agreement includes the option of living at the following communities for TWO semesters (Fall and Spring). Residents in the Academic Agreement must vacate their residence hall during winter break.
  • Annual Agreement includes the option of living at the following communities for THREE semesters (Fall, Spring, and the following Summer). Residents in the Annual Agreement do not have to vacate their residence hall during winter break, but must commit to living in the space for the full three semester duration of the agreement.

Students who are interested in living in this community MUST apply for a Towers Agreement.
