Earlier this week, UCF was honored to announce the 26 recipients of the 2021-22 Order of Pegasus Award. The Order of Pegasus is one of “UCF’s most prestigious student honors for those who display incredible academic achievement, university involvement, leadership and community service.” This year’s group of recipients have not only proven themselves above and beyond in the classroom – with a collective GPA of 3.82 — but have excelled in their commitments outside of our Knight community. Described as being “driven,” “dedicated,” “leader,” “passionate” and “humble,” these students embody what UCF wants all of its students to be! Ranging from on-campus involvements in President’s Leadership Council, Student Government, the President’s Student Advisory Council, LEAD Scholars and a variety of other organizations and programs, The UCF’s department of Housing and Residence Life is pleased to acknowledge these students and and extends a special congratulations to 16 of the 26 recipients who are or were residents in our UCF communities and have even served in leadership roles throughout our halls. An extended congratulations to the following students:

  • Justin Barthel (Move-In Ambassador)
  • Abel Birchfield
  • Parth Chandan
