These positions provide a valuable work experience where classroom knowledge can be applied to professional practice. Graduate coordinators may gain experience in leadership, supervision, advising, mediation, conduct, crisis response, professional networking, budgeting, facilities, public/private partnerships, and Fraternity and Sorority life. Becoming a Graduate Coordinator for the Department of Housing and Residence Life will fulfill a graduate student’s personal and professional goals and complement the graduate student’s academic experience.
