Arian L. Bryant is the Director of Residence Life & Education at the University of Central Florida. He began his professional career with the New York State Legislature in 1999, serving as a legislative aid, researcher and campaign analyst. In 2001, he returned to higher education as a Residence Director at the State University of New York at Albany. Arian holds a Master of Science degree in Educational Administration and Policy Studies with a concentration of Policy Analysis from the State University of New York at Albany, and a Bachelors of Arts degree in Political Science from the same institution. He is currently a doctoral student in the Higher Education Policy Studies Program within the College of Community Innovation and Education. His research interests include implicit theories, race, masculinity and workplace diversity in higher education. Arian enjoys traveling abroad, book clubs, theatrical plays, movies and outdoor events.
