Spaces are still available in on-campus UCF Housing for the 2020-2021 school year with no waitlist. All classes of students in all majors are now eligible to apply for all housing options. Traditional shared spaces are available at the main campus in two-semester housing. Private bedrooms in apartments are available in year-round housing at the Towers at Knights Plaza and NorthView. There are also year-round spaces available at UnionWest at UCF Downtown and two-semester apartment-style rooms available at the Rosen College of Hospitality Management campus.

UnionWest at UCF Downtown is the newest housing option, where students can have the on-campus experience with great Downtown Orlando job and internship opportunities. Students of all years and majors can live at UnionWest. All spaces come fully furnished and include utilities, and housing can be paid with financial aid. Best of all, campus housing comes as the ideal location- close to classes and student resources.

Students can apply today by going to their myUCF account> Student Self Service and selecting the housing portal. UCF Housing has also introduced a new delayed-arrival option for students who wish to move-in later in the semester.
